Much is said these days about the impact of food miles, but at the Red Lion Harbour Restaurant, we can proudly talk about food feet as fresh fish is landed daily outside our door.  We also use as much seasonal produce as possible and game from Clovelly estate.

on a bed of stir fried vegetables, with a sweet & sour sauce, served with parmentier potatoes

with Chinese five spice, served on a bed of braised red cabbage,
with château potatoes and a kumquat jus

in a Clovelly Cobbler beer batter, served with mignonette potatoes,
green pea purée and a lime and dill mayonnaise
 
Poached Fillet of Brill
on a bed of asparagus, with a cream and wild mushroom sauce
and served with duchesse potatoes
 
Clovelly Lobster
on a bed of rocket, served with chips and aioli
