We want all our guests and visitors to simply, ‘book and relax’. As we entered the Coronavirus outbreak our thoughts were always to put the best interests of our visitors, guests, employees and residents first. That’s why we issued immediate 100% and no quibble refunds to all guests who requested them, furloughed all our employees on 100% pay and closed the cobbled street to protect our village residents before the Government instructed us to.

We hope those actions will speak for us and demonstrate how we truly value all components of the unique ecosystem that is Clovelly. Continuing in the same spirit, we’ve developed a ‘Book and Relax’ policy in order to reassure all visitors and guests that if they choose to return to Clovelly, or perhaps to visit us for the very first time, that we’ve put our very best into ensuring that your next visit or stay is as safe as it is enjoyable. 

Bookings – 

All bookings are postponable or refundable upon request up to 24 hours before arrival. Hopefully this will provide our guests with  peace of mind. We hope to see you soon.
