Christmas lights in Clovelly

2nd December 2018 is a magical time at Clovelly. Starting at 3:30 pm, a local brass band leads the procession down to the harbour with festive Christmas carols sung by a local choir. There’ll be a hog roast, hot dogs, Christmas grog and other refreshments available at the Harbour and Lifeboat Station and Father Christmas will make a surprise visit. Visit Devon Tourism Awards 2018

First World War Memorial

First World War, 1914-1918 The memorial on Mt. Pleasant was erected by Christine Hamlyn, owner and benefactress of Clovelly, in memory of the village men who lost their lives during the First World War and her nephew, The Hon.
