British Travel Journal, Autumn/Winter 2020

The Editor-in-Chief of British Travel Journal, Jessica Way and family, came to visit Clovelly this year and had a lovely stay

“The Red Lion and Sail Loft were perfect for us (the food was delicious!) and we were all just blown away by the beauty of the village – what a special destination”.

Jessica’s article in this Autumn/Winter British Travel journal is greatly appreciated, so please click to view:

Clovelly Christmas Lights – Sunday 3rd December

The Christmas lights turn on is a magical time in Clovelly. Starting at 4 pm in the afternoon, a local brass band leads the procession down to the harbour, with festive Christmas carols sung along the way.

There’ll be a hog roast, hot dogs, Christmas grog and other refreshments available at the Harbour and Lifeboat Station. Then, Father Christmas will make a surprise visit!

Entrance fee:  £10 per car at the Visitor Centre after 2 pm. All proceeds will go to the R.N.L.I.
